Clearances are required for all serving team members volunteering during camp hours. Pennsylvania has enacted laws that dictate how we do background checks. In order to comply with these laws, we need to follow a specific process for obtaining clearances.

The following clearances are MANDATORY and need to be completed before July 1 in order to serve at KidsFest:

Annual Safety Acknowledgement
The Annual Safety Acknowledgment needs to be completed yearly by all volunteers working with children at Orchard Hill. The link to this form will be on the confirmation page you will receive upon completion of your application.

Pennsylvania State Clearances
If you have not completed the PA Criminal and Child Abuse Clearances in the last 5 years, you must apply and turn in your updated clearances to Orchard Hill Church before you are eligible to serve. In order for your clearances to be considered current, they must be from July 2020 to present. If you need to complete a Criminal History or Child Abuse clearance, information on how to obtain these clearances can be found in the Clearance Packet included on the confirmation page once you submit your application.

After we review your Adult Serve application, we will communicate what specific clearances we still need from you in your Adult Serve Confirmation email.
